BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) is one of the fastest-growing therapeutic modalities in the world, and with good reason. It’s practical, neuroscience-based, and incredibly effective in helping clients resolve anxiety, trauma, and unwanted behavioral patterns quickly and safely.
But what does BWRT actually look like in practice?
How are therapists, psychologists, and coaches using it with their clients?
And what does it feel like to work with a method that changes lives — sometimes in a single session?
These are the questions we explore on The BWRT Podcast.
A Space for practitioners, by practitioners
The BWRT Podcast brings together professionals from all over the world who use BWRT in their daily work — from clinical psychologists and psychotherapists to coaches, hypnotherapists, and counsellors.
Each episode is a real, open conversation about how BWRT supports different client groups and how practitioners integrate it with other approaches. We talk about the challenges, the successes, and the surprising moments that remind us why we love this work.
What you can expect
In each episode, you’ll get:
- Practical insights from BWRT practitioners — how they apply the method in real sessions.
- Stories of transformation from diverse client populations: trauma, anxiety, confidence, parenting, couples, and more.
- Special topics such as identity work, working with children, cultural sensitivity in therapy, or professional growth as a BWRT practitioner.
- Occasional solo episodes where I share lessons from my own practice — from supporting expat moms in Copenhagen to using BWRT in leadership and coaching.
The goal? To create a space for honest, inspiring conversations that help practitioners grow and stay connected to what really matters: helping people change their lives.
Why we do this
BWRT isn’t just another technique, it’s a method that empowers clients to respond to life with calm, clarity, and choice rather than reactivity. By sharing practitioner experiences, the podcast helps demystify the process, highlight professional development opportunities, and strengthen the global BWRT community.
Whether you’re already trained in BWRT or just curious about it, you’ll find ideas, reflections, and plenty of inspiration for your practice.
