In this 5-hour workshop, you will discover the options you have to increase fertility naturally.

Four experts in the field of physiotherapy, yoga, nutrition, and rapid transformational therapy joined forces to show you, how powerful it is when your body and mind are aligned on this journey to have your baby.


This workshop is suitable for anyone with a utero (meaning women, non-binary and trans people), who’s experiencing fertility issues. You will benefit from the practices and knowledge whether you’re receiving fertility treatment or are trying to conceive naturally.  Everyone has their own unique fertility journey, and together we will create a safe, non-judgmental space, where you can feel welcomed.


Our approach to fertility is positive and open, LGTBQ+ friendly, where all bodies are welcome.

Meet the team!

Tania Ramos

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Tania is an authorized physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor health, obstetrics, and gynecology.

For the last 4 years, since she opened Pelvic Flow, she has been focused on educating and treating her patients with their fertility issues as well as during their pregnancies and the postpartum period.

Tania’s mission is to empower people to explore, learn and discover how their bodies are built, how they work, and how different parts of the body are interconnected.

In the first workshop of the day, Tania will take you on a journey through your body. You will get in-depth knowledge about your anatomy, and not only learn how the pelvic organs are related to each other, but also to the superior abdominal space, and to the outside world.

On this journey, you will come in contact with your pelvic floor muscles, learn to localize them in your body, and you will feel them in ways you might have not experienced before.

With this workshop as a starting point, you will have a deeper understanding of the other workshops that will be taught during the day.


Evi Xiromeriti

Yoga teacher

Evi Xiromeriti is a certified yoga teacher that specializes in yoga for women's health. In the last 10 years, Evi has taught open classes, private sessions, and workshops for supporting women in different stages in their lives.

Evi strongly believes that yoga can support women physically, mentally, and emotionally in their fertility journey with a variety of practices that promote self-awareness, self-care, and self-accept.

In this fertility yoga session, Evi will guide you safely through fluid movements and slow stretches that can increase the blood flow in the reproductive organs and help you to release physical and mental tension. You will be also introduced to breathing techniques, mantras, and restorative poses that can balance your nervous system, regulate your hormones and restore your vital energy. No previous experience with yoga is needed. A handout with the yoga program will be available for your home practice.

Malene Storm Poulter

nutritional therapist

Malene is a nutritional therapist and certified Root Cause Protocol consultant. She specializes in fertility and helps women overcome fertility barriers through diet, functional medicine, lifestyle changes, and stress relief.

Malene is passionate about evidence-based methods to improve fertility and has a holistic approach to getting to the root cause. Malene offers 1:1 online coaching, webinars, and group coaching to help women improve their fertility.

In this introduction to a fertility-friendly diet, Malene will give you a great overview of which nutrients are important for optimal egg quality, hormonal balance, and a healthy uterine lining. You will get practical and hands-on tips for how to include these nutrients on a daily basis and get an understanding of how stress and a suboptimal diet increase the need for certain nutrients over time.


Stefanie Fernandes

Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner

Stefanie is an RTT Practitioner and the founder of The Family Circle. She works with female and male clients to increase fertility naturally.

Your cycle is directly influenced by your thoughts and emotions. Every thought creates a physical reaction in the body, even when we don't feel it consciously. Discover the power of your mind and how you can influence your reproductive system, and understand the blocks that have prevented you from having a baby.

In this workshop, you'll get to look at the subconscious limiting belief that may be delaying or preventing pregnancy.

In a one-hour group RTT session, Stefanie will guide you safely and comfortably to the beliefs that you are holding about pregnancy and motherhood and give you the opportunity to adopt a more positive understanding of your journey.

​​This time in your life can be quite intense. Often we are taken off-guard when we realize that conceiving for us is not as easy as it seems to be for everyone else.


Experts in yoga, physiotherapy & nutrition, and Rapid Transformational Therapy joined forces to give you a comprehensive experience of all the things that you can do to support your body & mind!

You will get together with a max. of 10 people who experience challenges conceiving. The workshop is aimed at everyone who has a uterus as we are focusing on supporting the female reproductive system.

After the workshop, you will walk away with a variety of tools about how to support your body on your fertility journey.

For whom is this workshop?

This workshop is suitable for all women seeking to conceive. Women on fertility treatment, as well as women/people that want to conceive naturally can benefit from the practices and the knowledge that will be shared in this workshop.

Do I need to sign anything?

At the registration on the day of the workshop, you will be asked to fill out and sign a form for insurance purposes.

Do I need to have previous yoga experience?

No previous yoga experience is required. You can just come as you are and we'll meet you where you are at. Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props will be available.

Will there be lunch?

We are aware of food intolerances or allergies, as well as different personal preferences. We will provide lunch, with vegan options. You'll also get coffee, tea, and snacks.
